Processing Time

  • Order Processing: All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

  • Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive an email confirmation. If you do not receive a confirmation email within 24 hours, please contact us at michelle@smallpaintings.ie.

 

Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping Rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Delivery Estimates:

    • Domestic Shipping: 5-10 business days

    • International Shipping: 10-20 business days

  • Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur.

 

Shipping Carriers

We use reputable carriers to ensure your painting arrives safely. The carrier will be selected based on your location and the best available rates and services at the time of shipment.

 

Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipping Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number. The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

 

Custom Duties and Taxes

Smallpaintings.ie is not responsible for any customs duties and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Damages

If you received your order damaged, please contact michelle@smallpaintings.ie immediately. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.

 

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. Please be aware that international shipments may be subject to additional customs, duties, and taxes, which are the responsibility of the recipient.

Refund Policy

Thank you for purchasing artwork from smallpaintings.ie. We strive to ensure that our customers are completely satisfied with their purchases. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we're here to help.

 

Refunds

  1. Eligibility for Refunds:

    • To be eligible for a refund, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the artwork.

    • The artwork must be in the same condition that you received it, and it must be in the original packaging.

  2. How to Request a Refund:

    • Please contact us at michelle@smallpaintings.ie with your order number and details of the painting you would like to return.

    • Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and further instructions.

  3. Return Shipping:

    • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

    • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

  4. Processing Refunds:

    • Once we receive your returned item, we will notify you that we have received your returned item.

    • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment.
