Betty Rohan is an artist based in Killarney, Co. Kerry, Ireland. Since the 1970s, she has dedicated herself to capturing the breathtaking landscapes of Killarney and the South West of Ireland through her art. Specializing primarily in oil on canvas, and watercolours, her work reflects the vibrant colours and tones of Muckross, the Killarney Lakes, and the wider Irish countryside.

 

Born and raised in Killarney, Betty draws inspiration from the natural beauty that surrounds her. Her studio serves as a personal haven, where she brings the stunning scenery of the South West of Ireland to life on canvas. Over the years, she has had the privilege of exhibiting her work both in Ireland and internationally, including in New York and Chicago.
