Acrylic Landscapes on Wood

Time: 10am - 12.30pm

In this workshop, we paint on wood panels rather than canvas — creating a smooth, solid surface that allows colour and texture to truly come to life.

You’ll be guided step-by-step, while also encouraged to trust your intuition and explore freely. I invite you to experiment with different colours, marks, and techniques so that every painting develops in its own unique way.

We use not only brushes, but also fingers, sponges, and everyday household objects to create interesting textures, movement, and unexpected effects. This playful approach helps you loosen up, let go of perfection, and enjoy the creative process.

No two paintings are ever alike — each one reflects the individual who created it.

Suitable for beginners and those with some experience. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with a finished artwork to be proud of.

Needle Felting

Join us for a calming and creative morning of needle-felting — a relaxing craft where soft wool fibres are sculpted into beautiful textures and shapes using a special felting needle.

You’ll design and create your own unique piece, choosing between a wall hanging or a framed artwork, inspired by nature and the Irish coastline.

No experience necessary — just come as you are and enjoy a mindful, hands-on workshop filled with colour, creativity, and great company. You’ll leave with a finished piece of art you’ll be proud to display in your home.

Olena will guide you step-by-step through layering, colour blending, light and shadow, and creating depth and atmosphere. You’ll learn how to balance warm and cool tones, soften edges, and build harmony within your painting while developing confidence with oils.

Suitable for beginners and improvers alike. All materials are provided, and you’ll leave with your own finished artwork — with a brand new painting created at every workshop.
